Join Ollosoft Technologies as a Senior Operations Specialist — a key role driving operational excellence across global consulting and assessment programs.

You’ll work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery, quality assurance, and client satisfaction. This role offers exposure to international markets and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities Manage client onboarding, ensure smooth transitions from KAM to Consulting Ops.

Support client briefings and set up accurate project workflows.

Oversee end-to-end program delivery — enrolment, execution, reporting, and debriefs.

Coordinate daily operations, timelines, and communication with PM.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely updates.

Monitor trackers, dashboards, and KPIs for project performance.

Ensure data accuracy, quality checks, and compliance with privacy standards.

Identify and implement process improvements and automation.

Mentor junior team members and share best practices for operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For : ✅ 3–5 years of experience in consulting operations, project coordination, or HR delivery

✅ Excellent English communication and stakeholder management

✅ Strong organizational and data management skills

✅ Proficiency in tools like Excel, Asana, or Smartsheet
