About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer to design, customize, and implement Zoho applications that support our business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable solutions using the Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, Projects, and other Zoho One apps).

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and customize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, Deluge scripts, and APIs.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms (via REST / SOAP APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools).
• Create and manage automation, workflows, custom functions, reports, dashboards, and blueprints.
• Develop solutions using Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and other Zoho One apps for end-to-end business processes.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing Zoho implementations to improve performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across Zoho systems.
