Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager - Sales Growth and Operations to drive revenue, streamline clinical operations, and lead business expansion efforts across our network of clinics. This role is pivotal in enhancing patient experience, maximizing retention, and scaling the business through new centers development.
Key Responsibilities :
Revenue & Sales Growth :
- Own the P&L for the chain and drive topline growth through effective sales strategies and execution.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team; set KPIs and targets for performance and growth.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, partnership models (B2C and B2B), and referral programs to boost footfall and revenue.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to optimize pricing, packages, and services.
Operations Management :
Oversee daily clinical operations across all centers to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.Standardize operational protocols (SOPs) across locations to ensure uniformity and scalability.Implement technology and tools to optimize scheduling, reporting, and patient flow.Manage supply chain, vendor partnerships, and cost control initiatives.Patient Experience & Retention :
Drive a patient-first culture across the network, ensuring high-quality service delivery and post-visit engagement.Design and implement CRM strategies to improve patient retention, feedback collection, and service personalization.Monitor and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS), reviews, and satisfaction metrics.Expansion and New Center Development :
Lead the planning, feasibility analysis, and execution of new clinic openings in targeted geographies.Collaborate with real estate, legal, HR, and clinical teams for smooth rollout of new centers.Ensure go-to-market plans are aligned with brand, operations, and commercial Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred).12-20 years of experience in sales, operations, or general management, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, clinics, or wellness chains.Strong understanding of healthcare service models, patient lifecycle, and regulatory norms.Proven track record of driving revenue growth, scaling operations, and leading teams.Key Skills :
