Job Title : Tech Lead / Junior Project Manager Experience Range : 10 – 12 Years (with at least 5–7 years of Project Management experience) Hiring Location : Pune, Bangalore, Noida, Gurgaon Mode of Working : Hybrid Summary of This Role : A Tech Lead / Junior Project Manager at UST is responsible for leading and delivering large or multiple medium-sized projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to closure. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery, engaging with global stakeholders, and driving technical excellence while maintaining delivery accountability and governance standards. What Part Will You Play? Manage projects end-to-end, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within defined scope, time, and budget. Liaise with stakeholders (including clients) to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Develop detailed project plans, track progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies. Oversee cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. Ensure adherence to project governance processes, including RACI matrices and escalation management. Analyze project requirements for feasibility in collaboration with Solution / Technical Architects. Prepare and review Statements of Work (SOW) and contribute to sales proposals with delivery models, cost estimates, and resourcing plans. Drive project delivery using Agile methodologies and collaboration tools. Provide leadership, mentorship, and career development for project leads and team members. Identify training and upskilling opportunities for team capability enhancement. Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders on project status, risks, and decisions. Travel as required to support client or project needs. Must Have Skills : 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Project Management. Proven track record of managing application development and frontend projects. Strong expertise in end-to-end project and program management processes. Hands-on experience in stakeholder management, project delivery, and governance. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor teams across locations. Solid understanding of technical project management principles. Preferably PMP certified. Good to Have Skills : Knowledge of UX Design concepts. Experience with Agile / Scrum / SAFE delivery methods (Scrum Master or SAFE certification preferred). Experience contributing to sales proposals and SOW preparation. Exposure to international projects and cross-geo team management. Strong technical foundation and understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
