QUALIFICATIONS
- Full -time MBA from a recognized University with specialization in marketing with digital marketing subject level exposure / certification
EXPERIENCE
5-10 years of experience and demonstrable success in a marketing manager level role, (preferably in a complex / matrix organisation).Proven ability to develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing programme that achieves resultsExperience of creating departmental / school level marketing strategies and operational plans to support specific business objectives and targetsExperience of planning within defined resources and delivering to this plan successfullyExperience of supporting the creation of publicationsExperience of digital marketing including website development, performance marketing and social media activities.Experience of providing marketing leadership and advice to non-marketing colleaguesExcellent creative skills including copywriting and an innovative approach to marketing campaigns.Ability to work independently, as well as part of a teamProven ability to utilize Salesforce. com as a sales analysis tool or any other CRMTeam player with positive Can-do attitudeGreat communication skills with enthusiastic personalityComputer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and OutlookStrong problem solving skills, data and software applicationsSkills Required
