Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Performance Marketing position, located in Bengaluru. The Sales & Performance Marketing professional will be responsible for managing and executing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions, and overseeing sales management. Daily tasks include developing sales plans, communicating with clients, managing sales teams, and implementing performance marketing techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in conducting Training sessions
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the coaching or training industry is a plus
