Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketing Manager. The role requires creating, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive customer acquisition and engagement. You will analyze campaign performance, manage budgets, and provide data-driven insights to improve marketing ROI. Based in Bengaluru, this position offers a mix of in-office and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, and Data Analytics
• Proficiency in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Ads Management, and Campaign Optimization
• Strong skills in Budget Management, A / B Testing, and Conversion Rate Optimization
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), and other ad platforms
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a relevant master's degree is a plus
• Experience in e-commerce or working with consumer brands is advantageous
