Job description

Essential Skills

 10 to 15 years of work experience in ERP solutions, with at least 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials modules.

 Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.

 Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and architectural design, including integrations with other Oracle Cloud and third-party systems.

 Minimum 4 end to end Oracle Fusion implementation project experience.

 Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials configuration, data migration, and integration strategies.  Hands-on experience with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and other Oracle reporting tools for designing and implementing financial reporting solutions.

 Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and how it relates to the architecture of financial solutions in Oracle Fusion.

 Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead complex ERP implementations from design to delivery.

 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and functional issues within the financial modules.

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with senior business leaders and technical teams.

 Change management expertise, especially in large-scale ERP implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
