Job descriptionIdentify and cultivate new business in sectors such as construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, landscaping, events, agriculture, and remote projects. Manage customer relationships and close rental and / or sales deals. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, engineering) to ensure successful delivery and installation. Develop targeted marketing campaigns highlighting the eco-friendly, durable, and cost-effective nature of ground cover mats. Prepare technical sales collateral, presentations, and case studies emphasizing MACO’s advantages : durability, safety, environmental impact, and full-service support. Participate in industry exhibitions, webinars, and conferences; explore digital marketing strategies to expand reach. Stay updated on competitor offerings in composite and ground protection mats. Gather industry-specific customer feedback and share insights with product development and operations teams. Set achievable sales targets aligned with company objectives. Forecast demand and provide regular sales reports and market analysis. Experience in Industrial sales / B2B ( Infrastructure company or material handling company )
Customer / industry catering to Roads & Infrastructure, Oil and Gas Renewables Utilities ,Aviation ,Council Works ,Rail ,Building ,Defence
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in in dustrial equipment or construction materials sales (preferably in access solutions or composite mats).
- Willingness to travel to client sites and construction zones.
Region of Operation / Territory assigned : PAN India
Drive revenue growth through strategic sales, marketing, and client-development initiatives focused on ground protection mats. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a technical B2B environment and can blend product knowledge with persuasive outreach.
