Job description

Roles & responsibilities :

Collaborate with global electronic client service teams and product managers to drive automation initiatives to enhance client onboarding in order to expand our client footprint on fixed income electronic trading platforms.
Leverage cutting-edge technology to optimize and automate operational workflows between electronic trading systems and sales teams, replacing manual processes, and improving efficiency and revenue potential.
Design and implement robust exception monitoring and management systems.
Produce detailed technical documentation and keep system specifications up-to-date.

Skills required :

Minimum 1 / 2 years of experience working within markets.

Strong programming skills in Python or VBA macros and technology mind-set is a must.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are critical.

Knowledge of data manipulation tools - Alteryx and Power BI is a must.

Desired :

Knowledge of OTC and Cash, Swaps Fixed Income products and financial markets is desirable - as is exposure to electronic trading.

Excellent team work and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and interact with all levels of individuals in the business.

Ability to multi task and work in a high pressure and dynamic environment is critical.
