Required Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, or CompTIA Network+.
4- 5 years of hands-on experience in network design, configuration, and management.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, etc.) and network security concepts.

Desired Skills :

Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a problem-solving mindset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder reporting.

Hands-on experience with Switching, Routing, Cloud Networking, SD-WAN, and Network Automation tools.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, configure, and manage enterprise-level network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN).

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network engineers, ensuring high performance and technical growth.

Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot network systems to ensure high availability and reliability.

Oversee the installation, support, and maintenance of network hardware and software.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align networking strategies with business objectives.

Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices in network design and operations.

Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams, and reports for stakeholders.

Proactively identify and resolve performance and security Research and evaluate new networking technologies, tools, and solutions.
