Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and scale the outbound sales team to achieve international lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement outbound sales strategies across calls, emails, LinkedIn, and global channels.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert high-value leads across different geographies.
  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships, driving long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design effective campaigns and sales collaterals.
  • Own the sales pipeline : forecast, track KPIs, and present performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Conduct market research to identify new global opportunities and competitive positioning.
  • Train, coach, and mentor sales executives to enhance productivity and closing ratios.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with mid-to-large international clients.
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies based on data, feedback, and industry trends.

Qualifications :

  • 5–8 years’ proven experience in outbound sales / lead generation, preferably in telecom, SaaS, or mobility.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving / exceeding global sales targets.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce) and MS Office proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Global market exposure; multilingual skills a plus.
