Key Responsibilities :

Candidate Sourcing : Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.

Resume Screening : Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open roles.

Interview Coordination : Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and assist in organizing interview logistics.

Candidate Communication : Maintain communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Job Postings : Help create and post job advertisements across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Database Management : Assist in maintaining and updating the candidate database with accurate information.

Recruitment Administration : Support the recruitment team in all administrative tasks, such as interview scheduling, document management, and candidate follow-up.

Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Offer Management : Assist in preparing offer letters and managing the offer process with selected candidates.

Market Research : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Attention to detail and strong administrative skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic understanding of recruitment software is a plus.

Willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
