Job description

Location : Lucknow (Work from Office)

Role : Customer Care Executive (Voice & Non-Voice)

Salary Details :

Part-Time (In-Hand) : ₹8,000 - ₹9,500 (should not working somewhere else)

Timing : (7 : 00pm-3 : 00am) any 5.5 hours shift

Full-Time (CTC) : ₹13,000 ₹15,000

FLEXIBLE / ROTATIONAL SHIFTS

Job Description (JD) :

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for :

Handling inbound customer calls (Voice)

Managing chat & email support (Non-Voice)

Resolving customer queries with a problem-solving approach

Maintaining professionalism and a customer-first attitude

Updating records and following company guidelines

Perks :

Overtime payout will be given.

In festivals there will be double payout
