Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full Odoo implementation projects as Functional Consultant.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across domains (Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, etc.)
  • Configure, customize, and test Odoo modules as per client needs
  • Oversee project planning, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
  • Coordinate between clients and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation
  • Manage change requests, risks, and project communication with stakeholders
  • Provide functional training and post-implementation support to clients
  • Ensure high-quality documentation for processes and solutions delivered

You're a Great Fit If You :

  • Have 1–5 years of experience in Odoo Functional Consulting
  • Have successfully managed Odoo ERP projects or client implementation
  • Understand business workflows across key domains (Finance, Trading, Manufacturing, Services, etc.)
  • Possess excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Can work independently in a remote environment
  • Are comfortable with GCC working hours (KSA Time
  • Are based in Kerala or open to working with a GCC-focused team
