Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full Odoo implementation projects as Functional Consultant.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across domains (Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, etc.)
- Configure, customize, and test Odoo modules as per client needs
- Oversee project planning, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
- Coordinate between clients and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Manage change requests, risks, and project communication with stakeholders
- Provide functional training and post-implementation support to clients
- Ensure high-quality documentation for processes and solutions delivered
You're a Great Fit If You :
Have 1–5 years of experience in Odoo Functional ConsultingHave successfully managed Odoo ERP projects or client implementationUnderstand business workflows across key domains (Finance, Trading, Manufacturing, Services, etc.)Possess excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsCan work independently in a remote environmentAre comfortable with GCC working hours (KSA TimeAre based in Kerala or open to working with a GCC-focused teamSkills Required
