Role Description

The role involves supporting the founders in strategic planning, operational execution, and business development initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting data analysis, managing cross-functional projects, working on high-impact problem-solving, supporting decision-making with insights, and collaborating with different teams to drive organisational goals. The position offers exposure to multiple facets of the business in a dynamic startup environment.

As a part of the

Founder’s Associate , you’ll be the right hand to the Founder, helping

translate ideas into action, managing cross-functional tasks, and ensuring smooth execution

across marketing, operations, and brand collaborations.

You’ll thrive here if you’re a self-starter who understands D2C dynamics, can multitask

efficiently, and knows how to keep things moving in a fast-paced creative setup.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with the Founder on day-to-day business operations and brand growth strategy.

Manage execution across marketing, influencer, and D2C channels.

Coordinate with multiple

online platforms and their POCs

(Blinkit, Nykaa, Amazon,

Myntra, etc.) for listings, campaigns, and dispatches.

Assist in building brand presence and maintaining partner relationships.

Track project timelines, handle follow-ups, and ensure deliverables are met.

Support product launches, from planning to execution.

Handle operational tasks like inventory checks, vendor coordination, and logistics

updates.

Assist in data analysis, performance tracking, and report preparation.

Qualifications

1-2 Years of experience in D2C is a must

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and research

Experience in business strategy, project management, and operational planning

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive attitude and adaptability to a fast-paced environment

Experience or interest in the D2C, e-commerce, or luxury goods space is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
