The Role : Leading Search Marketing Excellence The NineHertz is seeking a hands-on marketer with a proven ability to develop and optimize search campaigns that deliver results. The role demands a blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution, focusing on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and organic SEO tools.

Operating part-time with an estimated 15–20 hours per week, the position offers full remote flexibility, ideal for digital marketers who thrive in autonomous settings and want to contribute to a dynamic, fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities : Design, implement, and manage comprehensive search marketing campaigns (SEM and SEO) for a diverse client base

Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting

Develop compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages for maximum conversion

Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and generate actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush

Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices

Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment and impact

Candidate Profile : Minimum 3 years of experience in search digital marketing, preferably in an agency or client-side setting

Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, SEO platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), and analytics tools

Demonstrated success in improving key performance indicators such as CTR, Quality Score, conversion rates, and ROAS

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Effective communicator, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment

Flexible availability with some overlap in Indian Standard Time (IST) hours preferred
