Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Architect based in Delhi. The BIM Architect will be responsible for producing architectural drawings and models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, preparing construction drawings, and coordinating submittals. The role involves collaboration with design teams, adherence to project timelines, and ensuring alignment with client and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture, including conceptual design and technical detailing
• Proficiency in architectural drawings and construction drawings
• Comprehensive knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and techniques
• Experience with submittals and documentation processes
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Familiarity with Indian building codes and regulations is a plus
