💼 Employment Type : Full-time or Commission-based

What You’ll Do :

✅ Handle end-to-end recruitment across Australia (IT, Engineering, Healthcare, etc.)

✅ Source and screen qualified candidates through multiple channels

✅ Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships

✅ Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring pipeline

✅ Stay updated with market trends and talent insights

What We’re Looking For :

✨ 2+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably in Australian market)

✨ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✨ Ability to work independently and meet targets

✨ Experience with ATS or CRM tools (preferred)
