Key Responsibilities : Driving High-Volume Talent Acquisition
Bulk & End-to-End Recruitment : Manage and execute high-volume, end-to-end recruitment drives for multiple positions simultaneously, ensuring time-to-hire targets are met.Targeted Sourcing : Proactively leverage a wide range of sourcing channels (job boards, social media, proprietary databases, and local networks) to build a robust pipeline, with a specific focus on positions requiring bulk and blue-collar hiring.Recruitment Strategy & Consulting : Apply knowledge gained from consultancy or similar high-intensity recruiting environments to optimize sourcing methods, screening processes, and hiring efficiencies.Candidate Screening & Vetting : Efficiently review high volumes of resumes, conduct initial telephonic screening, and coordinate all subsequent interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Process Efficiency : Streamline interview coordination and ensure a consistently positive candidate experience, even during rapid, large-scale hiring events.Seamless Onboarding Support : Assist in managing the administrative and logistical requirements for the smooth, high-volume onboarding of new employees.Employer Branding : Assist in promoting the company's brand specifically towards candidates in bulk and blue-collar segments to enhance talent attraction.Mandatory Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Recruiter / HR Executive with a dedicated focus on bulk or high-volume hiring (hiring 10+ people for similar roles concurrently).Direct experience working in a Recruitment Consultancy or a corporate role with significant blue-collar / non-technical hiring exposure is essential.Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority roles concurrently under tight deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills
