Job descriptionYou have 12 to 15 years of experience with a strong understanding of technical systems, architecture, and product-engineering workflows. You are a product-focused, hands-on builder who thrives in fast-paced environments. You are obsessive about execution, care deeply about impact, and build systems that scale — responsibly. You understand engineering constraints but always ship with business outcomes in mind. You don’t wait for direction -you create clarity, drive ownership, and build momentum. Clear priorities, strong ownership, and seamless collaboration that accelerate product delivery. Shipping features with measurable impact on customer experience and business outcomes. Cross-functional alignment — teams solving problems proactively & efficiently. Robust tech foundations — healthy data pipelines, reliable monitoring, zero technical debt mindset. Creating an ecosystem where Rootle’s voice AI delivers consistent, empathetic, real-time interactions at global scale - with zero friction. You will own end-to-end execution of high-impact product & engineering initiatives. You will bridge technology, business, user experience & AI — and ensure every release drives value.
