About the Role :

We are looking for an Applied Machine Learning Research Engineer to join our R&D team and drive innovation in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). The role involves model training, fine-tuning, and optimization for domain-specific use cases, transforming advanced research into scalable, real-world solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct applied research in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and LLMs.
• Design, train, fine-tune, and optimize ML models for specific use cases.
• Develop evaluation benchmarks ensuring model robustness, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy models into production.
• Stay updated with the latest research trends and contribute to publications or open-source projects.
