WHAT YOU NEED (Qualifications and Skills)
Minimum : Bachelor’s degree or equivalentExcellent oral and written communication skills in English and Malayalam. (Hindi is a bonus)Minimum 1+ years of customer service experience.Comfortable with Email, WhatsApp, and Instagram.Knowledge of Shopify, logistics, and e-commerce operations is a bonus.Ability to listen, de-escalate, and solve customer problems.Ability to multi-task, manage time, and prioritize tasks.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling customer queries across Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and Social Media channels.Being knowledgeable and assisting customers across their purchase journey.Coordinating with internal and external teams(Logistics providers) to close customer issues.Meeting established customer service KPIs, metrics, and goalsAssisting in training junior team members in the futureNote : This is a full-time, on-site role. Part-timers or students may not be suitable. We’re a lean and focused team, and your full presence during work hours matters.
