Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven Cold Calling Intern / Telemarketing Executive to join our growing sales team targeting the US market.

The selected candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, introducing our outsourced bookkeeping and accounting services, and setting appointments with potential clients for our Subject Matter Experts.

This internship offers a clear path to a permanent role based on performance and results within a few months.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential businesses in the US to introduce our services.
• Identify decision-makers and qualify leads for appointment scheduling.
• Maintain detailed records of conversations and follow-ups in CRM tools.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve appointment and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain professionalism and consistency in call quality, communication, and follow-ups.
• Learn and adapt to sales scripts, objection-handling techniques, and client engagement strategies.
