Job Description – ServiceNow Technical Lead (10+ Years)
We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead with strong expertise in CSM, FSM, and SPM to drive architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, experience in manufacturing / sales / distribution domains , and the ability to lead a development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture & end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions
- Hands-on development across CSM, FSM, SPM modules
- Ensure platform governance, security, performance & scalability
- Lead integrations (REST / SOAP / MID Server / IntegrationHub)
- Mentor developers and collaborate with business & IT stakeholders
Required Skills
10+ years IT experience, 8+ years in ServiceNowStrong in CSM, FSM, SPM (certified preferred)Expertise in scripting, Flow Designer, Business Rules, ACLsExperience in manufacturing / sales / distribution processesStrong integration and architectural skillsPreferred Certifications
