Our team is responsible for creating seamless guest experiences focused on ecommerce Order Management and Post Purchase Digital experiences & services.
A day in the life :
As a Product Manager for lululemon's post purchase area, you will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling a post purchase service that houses user transaction data for lululemons digital ecommerce platform. This hub will be a core backend component, empowering post-purchase experiences that enhance customer loyalty and engagement, optimize operational efficiency, and drive data-informed strategies across lululemons post-purchase journey. Working from our new tech hub in Bangalore, you will partner closely with our global engineering, analytics, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define the vision, roadmap, and objectives for lululemons post purchase services, aligning with the companys post-purchase and data strategy goals.
- Drive along with engineering teams to support a range of features across order tracking, returns, exchanges, customer communications, and loyalty engagement, leveraging user transaction data.
- Translate lululemons digital transformation goals into actionable technical product strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and maximize data utility.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement data pipelines, storage, and retrieval systems that ensure high data integrity, security, and accessibility.
- Lead data architecture discussions, focusing on enabling a scalable, performant backend that supports real-time insights and data-driven decision-making.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, balancing business and technical considerations to ensure smooth product delivery and scalability.
- Work closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams across lululemons global tech hubs to ensure the data hub meets diverse requirements for post-purchase use cases.
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, clearly articulating product capabilities, limitations, and opportunities.
- Oversee the data hubs role in supporting predictive analytics, enabling lululemon teams to analyze post-purchase trends, customer behaviors, and feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with data analytics teams to identify opportunities for data enrichment and advanced analytics, integrating AI and machine learning as appropriate.
- Ensure that the data hub complies with all regulatory requirements, including data privacy, data security, and data residency mandates in multiple regions.
- Work with security and legal teams to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards and regulations related to handling customer data.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the data hubs success, such as uptime, response time, data latency, and usage statistics.
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement, working to optimize data accessibility, reliability, and speed to enhance post-purchase experiences.

Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or masters degree in a technical discipline is a plus.5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on data products, platforms, or backend services for retail, ecommerce, and specifically post-purchase applications.Proficiency in working with API design, microservices architecture, and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in enhancing customer experience through data.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details for non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence.Must haves :
