Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Head-Commerce position. The Head-Commerce will oversee complete commerce operations, develop and implement strategic business plans, and drive growth in sales and marketing initiatives. The role includes analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of online-offline sales strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and optimize performance metrics will be an essential aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance data, market trends, and develop insights.
• Proven experience in Sales, E-Commerce, and driving revenue growth.
• Proficiency in Business Planning, including creating and executing strategic plans.
• Expertise in Marketing to develop campaigns and improve brand visibility.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience in the food processing or agriculture sector is advantageous.
