Role : GoAnywhere MFT Administrator (Level 2–3)

Location : Pune

Working Days : 5 Days

Work Mode : Hybrid

Roles & Responsibilities :

We are seeking a seasoned GoAnywhere Managed File Transfer (MFT) Administrator with solid experience in managing, supporting, and troubleshooting the GoAnywhere platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in secure file transfer protocols, automation, encryption, and will provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for advanced issues.

Key Responsibilities

Level 2 (L2) Support :

Monitor GoAnywhere MFT jobs, transfers, and logs for errors or unusual activity.
Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues related to file transfers and automated processes.
Support end-users with onboarding, job scheduling, and access controls.
Perform routine health checks and general system maintenance.
Create and maintain documentation, including SOPs and known issue resolution guides.

Level 3 (L3) Support :

Install, configure, and upgrade GoAnywhere MFT environments.

Administer core GoAnywhere services, including SSL / TLS certificates, PGP encryption, and key management.

Design and develop secure, automated file transfer workflows using encryption best practices.

Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving system integrations with databases, APIs, and cloud storage platforms.

Implement and maintain compliance with security and regulatory standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA).

Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and optimization of the MFT infrastructure.

Collaborate with vendors, security, and application teams for system improvements and issue resolution.

Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and long-term solutions for critical incidents.

Required Skills and Experience

✅ Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with GoAnywhere MFT.

✅ Proficient in file transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and AS2 .

✅ Experienced with GoAnywhere Workflows, Triggers, and Secure Forms .

✅ Skilled in scripting for automation using Shell, PowerShell, or Python .

✅ Strong knowledge of PGP encryption , SSL / TLS certificates , and secure authentication practices.

✅ Familiar with networking concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and DMZs .

✅ Experience integrating with SQL, Oracle, MySQL , and cloud storage platforms like AWS S3 or Azure Blob .

✅ Understanding of ITIL processes such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management.

✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis .
