Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Intake Coordinator located in south Delhi. The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient admissions, verifying insurance details, liaising with healthcare providers, documenting interactions, and ensuring accurate case management. Additional responsibilities include maintaining updated knowledge of medical terminology and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Case Management and understanding of Medical Terminology
• Knowledge of Insurance processes and claims
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using relevant software and technology
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in healthcare or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in a relevant field is preferred
