Role Overview : Admission Officer
The Admission Officer plays a key role in generating leads, conducting field marketing activities, and converting inquiries into confirmed enrollments through effective counselling. This role involves regular interaction with schools, parents, students, and local influencers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation :
- Drive admissions through ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing initiatives, such as school seminars, town hall events, and residential area promotions.
- Business Development :
- Visit schools and meet with principals, coordinators, and management to build strong institutional relationships and increase outreach.
- Counselling & Conversion :
- Conduct home visits to provide personalized counselling to students and parents, guiding them towards suitable programs and converting leads into enrollments.
- Community Engagement :
- Collaborate with local tuition teachers and influencers to strengthen brand presence and generate referrals.
- Compliance & Process Adherence :
- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to all internal policies and procedures.
