Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Internal Audit in the Greater Delhi Area. The Head of Internal Audit will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing internal audits, assessing financial risk management, implementing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with company policies. They will also be tasked with preparing audit reports, monitoring accounting practices, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve financial processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for identifying and solving complex problems
• Expertise in Financial Risk Management, Finance, and Accounting
• Experience with Internal Controls and ensuring compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or CIA are beneficial
• Prior experience in an audit management role is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
