Role & Responsibilities :

This is a role for a hands-on technology leader who can balance near-term delivery velocity with long-term vision partnering closely with the CPO to make the product roadmap future-ready.

What You Will Deliver :

  • Cloud-Native Platform Execution : Lead the migration of on-prem customers to a single, scalable, multi-tenant cloud architecture.
  • Scalability for Growth : Design infrastructure and architecture that can handle 10 scale in users, data, and transactions.
  • Technology Roadmap : Forward-looking architecture roadmap that aligns with the 35 year product vision including API ecosystem, integrations, and data / AI capabilities.
  • Reliability & Quality : Reduce production issues, improve platform stability success measured by uptime, latency, and customer experience.
  • Tech Organization Maturity : Build, structure, and mentor the technology team into a high-velocity, metrics-driven organisation.

    • Candidate Profile :

  • A hands-on CTO with 12+ years in SaaS or enterprise platforms.
  • Built and led large engineering teams, architected complex cloud systems, and delivered business impact through technology.
  • Focused on speed, quality, and can build high performance teams.
