As part of the Digital Core Transformation team, you will play a key role in designing and implementing Coupa and associated SAP S4HANA capabilities to support Procurement business processes. Responsibilities
Lead solution design, configuration, documentation, testing, and delivery for Coupa, including intelligent automation across SAP and non-SAP systems.
Demonstrate strong technical and functional expertise in SAP Source-to-Pay processes, including Smart Contract Management, Spend Analytics, Guided Buying, Collaborative Supply Chain, and Materials Management (Direct & Indirect).
Participate in gathering and documenting business requirements and provide functional input for technical development.
Configure and implement Coupa solutions for end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, including approval workflows, custom fields, chart of accounts, PO forms, catalogs, supplier and user setup, roles, and permissions.
Manage Coupa configuration and data loads across Sourcing, Contracting, Purchasing, Invoicing, and Master Data (supplier, materials, accounting), as well as catalog management.
Support integrations between Coupa and legacy SAP systems for both transactional and master data.
Create functional specification documents requiring WRICEF (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) development.
Prepare test cases, validate deliverables, and support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Solve complex business problems by developing IT solutions in collaboration with business partners, architects, and other stakeholders.
Work closely with IT teams, business communities, SMEs, external consultants, and cross-functional teams.
Advise business partners on the impact and application of standard or new SAP solutions.
Develop and execute outcome-based strategies and cultivate strong business relationships.
Qualifications
8–10 years of IT experience in an enterprise environment, consulting, system integration, or product organizations.
Minimum 5 years of experience driving procurement transformation at an enterprise level.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Chartered Accountancy; MBA / PGDM in Finance or IT from a premier institution preferred.
At least 7 years of configuration experience in Coupa and / or SAP S / 4HANA Source-to-Pay, Procurement, or Materials Management.
Experience across related functional areas such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Order-to-Cash, or Finance is desirable.
Hands-on configuration, testing, and implementation experience in Coupa.
Participation in multiple full-cycle global SAP implementations with an emphasis on analytics-driven transformation.
Experience in Coupa and SAP S / 4HANA global implementations or comparable next-generation transformation initiatives.
Strong learning agility with a transformative, outcome-oriented mindset.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to constructively challenge and influence stakeholders.
Skilled in creating and reviewing functional specifications for custom enhancements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills across business, technical, and vendor teams.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global, and cross-cultural environment.
Experience managing projects and working with vendor partners.
SAP functional module certifications preferred.
