Role Overview
We are looking for an Infra Engineer to proactively monitor and manage infrastructure-level alerts and incidents, ensuring high availability and performance of SAP landscapes hosted on Azure and AWS.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor infrastructure alerts (CPU, memory, disk, network) using Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, and Zabbix .
- Validate, troubleshoot, and escalate critical alerts to SMEs within defined SLAs .
- Perform OS-level troubleshooting and service restarts for Windows & Linux (SLES / RHEL) servers.
- Coordinate with Cloud / Platform teams for VM restoration, scaling, and resource optimization .
- Review logs, identify anomalies, and support incident investigations.
- Execute patching and OS updates as per maintenance schedules.
- Maintain configuration, capacity, and availability dashboards.
- Contribute to DR drills , post-incident reviews, and RCA preparation.
