Job Purpose :
Provide high-quality executive support to C-level leaders in a fast-paced APJ environment. The Executive Assistant ensures smooth daily operations, manages priorities, and represents the Executive in communications and coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage complex calendars, schedules, and appointments; coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and prep materials.
- Handle travel planning end-to-end (flights, itineraries, logistics).
- Draft and prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Prioritize and manage email on behalf of the Executive, draft responses and flag urgent items.
- Support executive meetings : prepare agendas, compile materials, track actions, and record minutes.
- Liaise across departments to coordinate approvals, signatures, and information flow.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Address ad hoc requests and shifting priorities, sometimes outside core hours.
Skills & Experience :
4–7 years of executive assistant or senior administrative experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking ability.High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and support senior-level stakeholders.Proficient with MS Office and standard business tools.Working Conditions :
