Key Responsibilities
Serve as the sole onsite IT support resource in the Bangalore office, handling hardware, software, networking, and end-user support needs.
Provide remote IT support for international teams across multiple regions and time zones.
Support collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint / OneDrive)
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents, escalating to global IT leadership or MSSP when needed.
Assist with IT operations tasks, including account provisioning, system updates, and compliance checks.
Maintain asset inventory, licenses, and local IT documentation.
Support office infrastructure such as networking equipment, printers, and conferencing systems.
Collaborate with the global IT team to standardize processes and improve IT service delivery.
Provide user training and guidance to improve adoption of IT systems and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of experience in IT support roles, with a strong background supporting Windows end users in enterprise environments.
Proven ability to work independently as the sole IT representative in a regional office.
Experience supporting international, multi-time zone teams, with an understanding of cross-cultural communication and remote troubleshooting challenges.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN / WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-service orientation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience supporting collaboration and conferencing tools.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, global organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with ITIL practices or structured IT service management processes.
Exposure to Oracle Netsuite ERP a plus.
Previous experience in an international company or global support role.
