Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Social Media Executive located in Mumbai. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies, developing engaging content, and driving brand awareness and customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective social media campaigns and monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media & Client Services Manager or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content
• Understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data
• Experience with social media management tools
• Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Ability and comfort with using Gen AI solutions would be important
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field of 4 to 6 years would be essential

Location & Timings

This is a full time on-site role based at our Mumbai office in Vikhroli West. We work 5 day weeks from office.
