The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our in-app chat tool and support email, while maintaining a friendly and horizontal work environment.

• C2 English level, with a strong emphasis on writing and communication.
• Experience in providing feedback and quality-reviewing.
• Familiarity with the LGBTQIA+ community and related topics.
• Leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Working Schedule

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week, between 9 : 30 am and 7 : 30 pm in your time zone. Fridays are reserved for rest and relaxation.
