Job Title : Team Lead Paid Media

Key Responsibilities :

Requirements :

3–5 years of hands-on experience in biddable media buying across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Programmatic DSPs, etc.

Proven experience executing

arbitrage campaigns

— specifically for large e-commerce brands — by purchasing traffic on

CPM models

and driving conversions on a

CPS basis .

Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance metrics like CPA, ROAS, and profit margins.

Deep understanding of media buying strategies, funnel optimization, audience segmentation, and creative testing.

Experience working with attribution platforms, tracking tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Google Analytics, etc.), and pixel-based optimization.

Ability to manage large budgets efficiently with a focus on profitability and scale.

Proactive, data-driven mindset with a hunger for testing, learning, and maximizing returns.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
