Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include managing end-to-end hiring processes, developing and executing recruitment strategies, and identifying and sourcing top talent. The role also involves collaborating with teams to build a strong employer brand and ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes, including managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Strong Communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in Employer Branding initiatives and strategies
• Knowledge and expertise in IT Recruitment processes
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is an advantage
• A strong understanding of workforce planning and talent management is preferred
