Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SDET - Lead - Performance Testing located in Bengaluru. The SDET - Lead - Performance Testing will oversee and manage performance testing strategies, work with development teams to ensure the stability and scalability of applications, and troubleshoot and analyze performance issues. Additional day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing performance test plans, scripting, and analyzing performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance testing
• Strong background in Computer Science and Software Development
• Proficient in Back-End Web Development and Programming
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
