About the Role
We are looking for experienced and customer-focused Escalation Help Desk Experts to join our Domestic Voice Process team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer escalations via voice support.
Provide resolution-oriented assistance with professionalism and accuracy.
Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalated concerns.
Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Education : Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream)
Experience : Minimum 1 year of documented BPO experience in Customer Support (mandatory)
Communication : Excellent English communication skills required
Availability :
Comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
6 days working during training, then 5 days working post training
Must be able to join immediately
