Role Overview

As a

Client Solution Manager , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth strategy of MSH’s Resource Management division. This is not a traditional sales role—it is a

strategic business leadership opportunity , requiring the ability to act as a consultative partner to senior executives, understand evolving business challenges, and design workforce solutions that create measurable impact.

You will be responsible for expanding our client base, deepening existing relationships, and influencing decision-makers at the highest levels. With a focus on

sustainable growth, innovation, and client success,

this role is central to positioning MSH as the staffing partner of choice for industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Client Engagement : Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leadership, aligning MSH’s solutions with client business goals.

Business Growth : Develop and execute long-term business development strategies to expand market share and establish MSH as a premier staffing partner.

Consultative Selling : Identify workforce challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive client success while ensuring scalability and cost optimization.

Executive Relationship Management : Build and sustain high-level relationships with senior executives, particularly within

Global Capability Centers (GCCs) .

Domestic IT Staffing Expertise : Drive business development specifically within the

domestic IT staffing sector , leveraging networks and market knowledge.

Market & Competitive Intelligence : Leverage industry insights and analytics to anticipate market shifts, influence strategy, and uncover new revenue streams.

Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate with internal delivery teams, ensuring that MSH’s diverse service offerings are seamlessly integrated and represented.

Operational Excellence : Maintain discipline in pipeline management, client documentation, invoicing, and compliance, ensuring both transparency and scalability.

Performance Accountability : Consistently achieve business growth targets and contribute directly to the overall revenue strategy of MSH.

Requirements

10–20 years’ experience

in business development, client relations, or staffing / consulting, with a

proven track record in domestic IT staffing business development.

Demonstrated expertise in the

GCC (Global Capability Centers) market

with deep networks and relationships across technology-driven enterprises.

Proven success in

building executive-level partnerships, managing complex accounts, and driving multi-million-dollar growth portfolios.

A consultative, solution-oriented approach with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.

Strong expertise in market expansion, strategic sales, and consultative account management.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong executive presence.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growth environment while maintaining long-term strategic focus.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
