- Screening and interviewing candidates : The IT Recruiter will screen and interview candidates to assess their technical abilities, work experience, and overall fit for the organization.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates : The IT Recruiter will build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Negotiating offers : The IT Recruiter will negotiate offers with successful candidates, ensuring that compensation and benefits packages are competitive and in line with industry standards.
- Onboarding and integration : The IT Recruiter will support the onboarding and integration process for new hires, ensuring that they have a smooth transition into their new role and organization.
