Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer with 5–9 years of hands-on expertise in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of backend development, RESTful APIs, and database design, along with a passion for clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills :

Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails framework.

Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.

Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Knowledge of Git, CI / CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
