About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to work closely with our Sales leadership team. The HRBP will play a pivotal role in driving organizational effectiveness, workforce capability, and talent development across the sales function. This position requires a proven HR leader who can design, implement, and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and capability building.
• Design and develop assessment frameworks to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Provide coaching to managers to strengthen leadership capabilities and resolve employee issues.
• Evaluate, monitor, and follow up on training programs to ensure impact and alignment with objectives.
• Review and benchmark sales HR policies, processes, and recognition schemes to drive best practices.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives across the sales workforce.
• Oversee end-to-end HR lifecycle management including sourcing, hiring strategies, performance management, and compensation.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers.
• Lead ongoing process improvements in HR service delivery to the sales function.
