About the Role
The B2B / Demand Manager will drive corporate partnerships and bulk demand generation. This role focuses on securing occupancy through corporate tie-ups, universities, brokers, institutions, endorsements, relocation agencies, and commercial parks. You will play a key role in positioning Union Living as the preferred housing partner for corporates and institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard corporate partners, institutions, relocation agencies, and commercial parks.
- Drive endorsements and partnerships with companies (e.g., Apollo and other large organizations).
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle – from prospecting and meetings to closures.
- Build monthly demand plans aligned with occupancy targets.
- Run targeted B2B campaigns with the marketing team using LinkedIn outreach and email marketing tools.
- Negotiate and close long-term housing agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with HRs, admin teams, and corporate stakeholders.
- Track demand metrics and prepare performance reports.
Requirements
4–7 years in B2B sales, hospitality, or real estate.Proven success in corporate tie-ups, endorsements, and bulk demand closures.Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.CRM, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools expertise.What You’ll Get
