About the Role

The B2B / Demand Manager will drive corporate partnerships and bulk demand generation. This role focuses on securing occupancy through corporate tie-ups, universities, brokers, institutions, endorsements, relocation agencies, and commercial parks. You will play a key role in positioning Union Living as the preferred housing partner for corporates and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard corporate partners, institutions, relocation agencies, and commercial parks.
  • Drive endorsements and partnerships with companies (e.g., Apollo and other large organizations).
  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle – from prospecting and meetings to closures.
  • Build monthly demand plans aligned with occupancy targets.
  • Run targeted B2B campaigns with the marketing team using LinkedIn outreach and email marketing tools.
  • Negotiate and close long-term housing agreements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with HRs, admin teams, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Track demand metrics and prepare performance reports.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in B2B sales, hospitality, or real estate.
  • Proven success in corporate tie-ups, endorsements, and bulk demand closures.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • CRM, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools expertise.
