SEO Executive / Manager (Onsite Mohali)

We’re seeking an SEO executives and Manager to lead our search marketing efforts, manage a small SEO team, and drive measurable growth for multiple client websites. This is an on-site position in Punjab — applications from outside Punjab will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute SEO strategies (local, national, e-commerce).

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits.

Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO (schema, Core Web Vitals, crawl / index optimization).

Manage link-building, citations, and outreach campaigns.

Lead, train, and guide SEO executives; enforce SOPs and deadlines.

Collaborate with content, design, and paid ads teams to maximize ROI.

Track KPIs (rankings, traffic, conversions) and provide weekly reports.

Stay updated with Google’s algorithm changes and SEO best practices.

Requirements

3–5+ years of SEO experience with proven client results.

Hands-on expertise with tools : Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC.

Strong knowledge of technical SEO (crawling, indexing, schema, site structure).

Team leadership and project management experience.

Excellent English writing and communication skills.

Bonus : Experience in Health & Wellness or Local Services niches.
