Must have skills : NLP OR Natural Language Processing, workforce OR People analytics & Data scientist

Experience : Minimum 3-6 year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification : Any Bachelors or Master’s Full time.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Experience in building data-driven survey-based solutions including frameworks, questionnaires, and action plans.

Linking analytics results with Behavioral Science / Industrial and Organizational Psychology concepts.

Working knowledge of basic / advanced statistical and machine learning methodologies in the workforce analytics space.

Professional & Technical Skills :

3 to 6 years of experience in business data analysis and Talent management-related programs (workforce transformation, talent strategy, HR strategy, organization & operating model design, and business readiness).

Data fluency and working knowledge of statistical methodologies.

Data interpretation with working knowledge of analytic (predictive and prescriptive) models and digital tools.
