Job Description :

As a Media Manager specializing in Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads (Search and Performance Max). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, strategic planning, and hands-on experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic digital advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales conversion, with a focus on performance marketing metrics.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads (Search and Performance Max) platforms.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization and improvement.
• Generate regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure alignment of messaging, targeting, and campaign objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital advertising and performance marketing.
